Experience in high-volume production and strong communication skills are essential. Travel up to 50% may be required for training and collaboration across sites. Competitive salary range: $99,000 – $131,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and production operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or production operations lead role.
• Full understanding of the product life cycle and LEAN principles.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Extremely reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
