Job description

Position Summary

The Walmart Connect (WMC) Growth Marketing team is seeking a Senior Marketing Programs and Sales Enablement Manager with extensive experience in running multi-channel, multi-touch marketing programs. This role will focus on creating content marketing programs to fuel these initiatives and managing the sales enablement strategy and execution to provide marketing support and content aligned with sales playbooks. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration and have a proven track record in B2B marketing.

This role is not remote. It is expected that the associate hired for this position will spend most of their working week at either our Hoboken, NJ or San Bruno, CA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Marketing Programs: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to support multi-channel, multi-touch marketing programs that are specific to buyer personas.
  • Leverage Data and Analytics: Use data to analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing strategies. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement Strategy and Execution: Manage the sales enablement strategy and execution to provide marketing support and content aligned with sales playbooks as well as maintaining all of the related internal content management platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams including Partner Development, Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to ensure cohesive and effective program execution.
  • Contribute to WMC’s Culture: Build relationships, operate with excellence, stay curious, and embrace a growth mindset to contribute to WMC’s culture, mission, and goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field OR 7 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • B2B Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in B2B marketing program development, with a proven ability to design and optimize personalized customer journeys.
  • MarTech Proficiency: Proficiency with martech tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics tools for Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong experience in using attribution models and experimentation to measure the incremental lift of customer journeys.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Impeccable communication and organizational skills that facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and project execution.
  • Adaptability: Ability to rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Feedback and Ambiguity: Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and engaging in challenging discussions. Continuously gather feedback and analyze performance data to optimize programs and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven record of driving awareness and growth at scale.
  • Expertise in cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape, with experience in evolving analytics and measurement capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00 for Hoboken, New Jersey and $117,000.00-$234,000.00 for San Bruno, California. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field.
