The Sales Engineering (SE) Enablement Manager is an individual contributor role and reports to the Sr. Director of Arctera Sales Enablement and partners closely with SE leaders, Product teams, Marketing, Services, and more. This high-impact role is all about building scalable, effective programs that boost the performance of our global Sales Engineering (SE) team.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, enabling SEs to spend more time selling, ramp faster, and win more deals—more efficiently.
