Who You Are:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Marketing Optimization & Experience to lead our efforts in maximizing customer engagement and driving revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in UI/UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing sales attribution to refine our digital experiences and optimize our marketing funnel. You will be a key driver in transforming data into actionable insights, improving customer journeys, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI to accelerate and enhance data analysis.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy, utilizing A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user behavior analysis to improve conversion rates across all digital touchpoints
  • Analyze website and landing page performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
  • Ensure that UI/UX is optimized to provide the best content for key search terms to ensure strong Google Ad Rank
  • Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search visibility and drive targeted traffic
  • Analyze search performance and implement optimizations to achieve higher rankings and increased ROI
  • UI/UX Enhancement:
  • Lead the optimization of our digital user experiences, ensuring intuitive navigation, engaging design, and seamless functionality
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement UI/UX improvements based on user research, data analysis, and best practices
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience
  • Marketing Sales Attribution System Development & Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage a robust marketing sales attribution system to accurately measure the impact of marketing efforts on revenue generation
  • Analyze attribution data to identify high-performing channels and campaigns, and optimize marketing spend accordingly
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on attribution methodologies and reporting
  • CRM & Database Segmentation:
  • Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies to personalize customer communications and improve campaign effectiveness by leveraging AI to identify actionable insights.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and development, to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance and key initiatives


Requirements

The Necessities

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRO, SEO/SEM, UI/UX, marketing sales attribution and database segmentation
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and testing methodologies
  • Expertise in UI/UX principles and best practices
  • Deep understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience utilizing AI tools for data analysis and marketing optimization

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with CRM (i.e.: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.) and database segmentation
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with machine learning models and algorithms relevant to marketing

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD depending on location and experience.
