We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute our regional marketing strategy. Working closely with the President, this role leads the development and implementation of targeted campaigns to drive client engagement, support the sales cycle, and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in professional services marketing, aligning strategy with execution across channels, and collaborating with sales and practice teams to ensure marketing efforts are tightly integrated with business priorities.

This position is a remote working position, with the adhoc requirement to attend the Manchester office. Therefore, the Senior Marketing Manager must be situated within a commutable distance to the Manchester office.

This is a fixed term contract until the end of August 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of end-to-end marketing campaigns that maximize lead generation through collaboration with key stakeholders to understand and define optimal strategies.

  • Work with practice to build specific marketing and sales collateral, presentations, and content that align with corporate brand standards.

  • Deliver on assigned special projects that are of strategic importance to the division andfirm

  • Create the connection to the corporate vision and convey this through marketing briefs, including segmentation, positioning and messaging statements

  • Analyze performance and segments audiences for targeted outbound programs.

  • Develop, maintain,and analyze intelligence for current and prospective competitors.

  • Recommend innovative marketing programs and approaches to increase the effectiveness of attracting new clients and growing existing key client accounts.

  • Determineideal channel mix, including content marketing, paid media, email, social, sponsorships/memberships and other relevant channels, working with digital, events and communication teams to maximize impact.

  • Create enticing, customer-centric messaging and campaign assets that communicate and differentiate Ryan’s value in target industries, segments, and regions.

  • Manage the development, design, copywriting, and production of marketing content in collaboration with the creative team and agencies, including advertising, brochures, case studies, media, and other relevant assets.

  • Lead activities and processes, including gathering, analyzing, and tracking campaign data and maintaining plans and priorities while working with internal stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain a robust internal communications plan, including internal emails, enablement, and sales support materials such sales sheets, webinars, tax alerts, etc.

  • Maintain a high level of awareness regarding activities in the Firm that may directly affect branding initiatives or procedural guidelines of the organization.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with a concentration in Marketing.

  • Proven experience in B2B or professional services marketing, with a deep understanding of buyer behavior and sales enablement.

  • Previous experience working in a marketing leadership position with responsibility for executing strategies.

  • Proven experience leading marketing initiatives for a dedicated region.

  • Proven experience in B2B or professional services marketing, with a deep understanding of buyer behavior and sales enablement.

  • Ability to build consultative relationships with stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to execute with minimal direction.

  • Must be professional and articulate.

  • Must have a strong business acumen.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Marketing Automation Solutions experience in at least one of the following: Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, and some familiarity with tools like PowerBi, ClickUp, and SmartSheet.
