What you will do

  • Develop and implement Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions program strategy
  • Foster key relationships with industry thought leaders and translate business insights into future business strategy
  • Author key strategy documents and drive alignment of business leaders
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on sustainability topics, engage stakeholders, and effectively communicate complex information in a compelling manner
  • Anticipate new customer segments and tailors marketing strategies to meet current and future market needs
  • Initiates and drives new products and services based on changing customer needs
  • Has a deep understanding of trends in customer satisfaction inputs and can effectively adjust marketing strategy to align with customer engagement
  • Develop and manage a marketing budget and analyze and explain budget variances
  • Able to routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operation and have a company-wide impact

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience required
  • 7+ years healthcare marketing/sales experience required
  • Proven experience developing and driving programs, including creating brand value propositions and refining stakeholder messaging.
  • Strong ability to identify and build deep relationships with supply chain leaders, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering compelling presentation content to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in creating initiatives that promote business leadership while driving revenue growth and enhancing organizational impact.
  • $ 115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
