Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience leading manufacturing test engineering.
• Expertise in Linux, C#, Python, and NixOS.
• Solid experience with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and knowledge of testing standards.
• Proficiency in using electronic test equipment.
• Familiar with PLM systems, MES, and TES.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives, guide initiatives, and assess team outcomes.
• Architect and oversee the manufacturing test strategy for each product to enable scalable operations from pre-production to mass production.
• Advance manufacturing testing through automation, uniformity, and process improvements.
• Evaluate test data, identify opportunities for product and process enhancements.
• Communicate strategic visions to stakeholders and scale platforms from LRIP to FRP.
• Collaborate with product development for design testability and production integration.
• Lead procurement and ROI analysis of new test equipment.
• Champion safety, cost reduction, quality, and productivity through testing.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability in engineering.
• Serve as go-to technical authority for manufacturing test and maintenance protocols.
