Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to ensure stringent testing and high-quality outputs, with a 3-month training in Santa Ana, CA before transitioning to Ashville, OH. You will lead test activities, improve automation, and work with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to push for efficient, reliable production.

The role requires deep expertise in electrical/electronics testing, PCBA methods, and experience with MES/TES systems, with a focus on reducing cycle times

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and PCBA standards.

Responsabilités

• Own test activities in production and manage test flow; troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Maintain test capabilities across the value stream from system checkouts to component validation.
• Improve automation, consistency, and test coverage; reduce total cycle time.
• Create test work instructions for MES and train technicians.
• Develop fault libraries with guides/diagrams for fast resolution.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions (RCCA).
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing for returns and failure analyses.
• Contribute to early-stage test design for NPI and test processes.
• Analyze test data, document results, and prepare reports on defects and improvements.
• Provide feedback to design engineers for product improvements based on tests.
• Optimize testing strategies for efficiency while preserving quality.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for precision.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.
• Execute testing as required.
