Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead daily plant performance in Spokane, WA. You will own safety, quality, and delivery while building a lean production team.

This on-site role drives budgets, labor planning, and continuous improvement to reduce waste and shorten build cycles. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to scale an offsite modular program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing or plant operations leadership, including 3+ years running a production facility.
• Strong background in lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and VSM) and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Proven track record managing safety programs and reducing TRIR.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems, plus P&L or cost variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, including scheduling, workforce, safety, quality, and maintenance.
• Own delivery, quality, safety, and cost targets, including budgets, labor planning, and variance analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement to cut waste, shorten cycle times, and raise first pass quality.
• Champion safety through floor walks, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high performing production team.
