Jobot is seeking a Value Stream Director in Seattle, WA to lead a modular manufacturing value stream from start to finish, drive Lean and DfMA initiatives, and shape operations strategy across plants. The role requires 10–15 years of related experience with leadership, and travel up to 40%.

Responsible for owning customer engagements, setting capacity and schedules, and mentoring the next generation of leaders in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and DfMA.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs, plus advanced estimating skills.
• Comfortable leading client meetings, audits, and tours, with up to 40% travel.
