Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. in Greater Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to bridge breakthrough electromechanical design and high-volume production. This onsite leader will drive hands-on problem solving and scale next-gen energy hardware.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, implement PFMEA/MBOM, and manage CAPEX projects across multiple facilities while traveling 25-30% to maximize throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3+ years directly managing engineering teams.
• Experience transitioning prototypes to mass production.
• Willingness to travel 25-30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of prototype-stage energy hardware into repeatable, mass-production configurations across multiple facilities.
• Hire, mentor, and cultivate a team of manufacturing engineers with clear growth pathways.
• Establish foundational production documentation including PFMEAs, MBOMs, process controls, standardized work.
• Own end-to-end CAPEX initiatives from business case to installation and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Design lean material flows and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
