Tekion is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs and manage a team of program and project managers. You will drive execution across multiple teams, define goals with stakeholders, and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and the ability to navigate complex program portfolios while delivering measurable outcomes and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 3+ years of experience in people management or leading large-scale initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise project delivery preferred.

Job Introduction:
