Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading maintenance teams in complex environments.
• Experience implementing TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a reliability-centered maintenance strategy.
• Lead the deployment of TPM across manufacturing operations.
• Lead integration of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to support automation initiatives.
• Build a pipeline of skilled trades through workforce development.
