Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Legal Transformation leader in the United States to define and execute strategies for modernizing legal processes and systems. This role focuses on contract lifecycle improvements, compliance, and risk mitigation through digitalization and workflow automation.

The position oversees governance, cross-functional collaboration, and implementation of platforms like Icertis/NEXO, ServiceNOW, and OneLaw to accelerate digital transformation within the enterprise legal function.

Qualifications

8+ years in operations, enterprise transformation, or strategic development
Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in matrixed organizations
Understanding of process design and technical platforms
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies preferred

Responsibilities

Strategy Activation & Roadmapping: Develop strategic vision into actionable scope, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Program & Portfolio Delivery: Deliver enterprise programs such as contract lifecycle, compliance, and risk management.
Governance & Stakeholder Management: Lead governance forums and prepare executive materials for decisions.
Technology Enablement: Oversee implementation of legal tech platforms like Icertis/NEXO, ServiceNOW, OneLaw.
Process Design & Operational Excellence: Redesign processes, standardize templates, and embed controls.
