Job summary
PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Legal Transformation leader to define and execute strategies that modernize legal processes and systems across the enterprise.
The role focuses on contract lifecycle optimization, compliance, and risk mitigation through digitalization and process redesign. You will drive technology enablement and Lean-inspired process improvements to increase efficiency, agility, and value realization within legal operations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations or enterprise transformation
- Proven track record leading transformation initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Understanding of process design and technical platforms
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies preferred
Responsibilities
- Strategy Activation & Roadmapping: develop a multi-year roadmap with quarterly checkpoints
- Program & Portfolio Delivery: deliver CLM, compliance, and risk programs with value cases
- Governance & Stakeholder Management: lead governance forums and prepare exec materials
- Technology Enablement: oversee legal tech platforms (Icertis/NEXO, ServiceNOW, OneLaw) and integrations
- Process Design & Operational Excellence: redesign processes, standardize templates, embed controls
