Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Transformation BISO to act as a trusted security advisor to digital teams across Agriculture, Sustainability, EHS, R&D and Legal, guiding risk management and mitigating security gaps in evolving business processes and platforms.

The role partners with Cybersecurity and business teams to optimize risk management, align security with vendor strategies, and advance security across PepsiCo’s Global Functions & Products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Business with a digital focus.
• 10+ years of digital experience, including leadership roles in Consumer and Packaged Goods.
• 5+ years Information Security experience (BISO, security architect or engineer preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as Security Coach and advisor to global transformation teams in security risk management, including issue identification and remediation planning.
• Identify, assess, and report security gaps within global transformation and product teams; develop action plans.
• Provide feedback and coaching to delivery teams to drive defense-in-depth security requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders as trusted advisor on Information Security strategy, services and processes.
• Develop tailored content and present on Information Security programs, incidents, threats and risk topics.
• Identify and overcome stakeholder resistance, aligning Business, Technology and Cybersecurity.
• Monitor and facilitate post-incident recovery activities with stakeholders and incident management teams.
• Continuously advance knowledge of PepsiCo’s business, technology and security ecosystem.
