Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in public administration, paralegal studies, business administration, or a related field
• Seven years of experience with paralegal or related responsibilities in a legal, administrative, or executive environment
• Three years of supervisory or project management experience
• OR An equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA) and manage records system and AGO communications
• Oversee ATP's records management program including policy, organization, retention of legal/business records and Board docs
• Support Board-related tasks such as materials processing, meeting follow-ups, and board software administration
• Assist the Legal Services Department with document preparation, invoicing, research, budgeting, procurement, and special projects
• Provide training to ATP staff on compliance and process requirements
