• Eight+ years of leadership/management experience in operations or services.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategic direction for national or multi-service operations.
• Direct managers and teams to deliver Print, Mail, Digital, Reception, and Compliance services.
• Drive SLA attainment, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting and resource planning to support revenue and profitability.
• Mentor leaders and drive performance reviews and promotions.
