The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team.
We are seeking a strategic, impact-driven Director, Total Rewards Ops Global Service Owner accountable for the strategy, growth, adoption, performance, and continuous improvement of a global HR service portfolio. This role operates as the strategic owner of the service, combining deep functional expertise with an enterprise mindset and a strong commercial orientation.
The Global Service Owner serves as the primary strategic partner to HR leadership, Global Process Owners, business leaders, regional stakeholders, and People Services Operations, ensuring that services are designed around customer needs, delivered consistently at scale, and continuously optimized for value, experience, and cost.
Acting as a “mini P&L leader,” the role owns the service’s financial and operational performance, including demand, cost efficiency, service adoption, portfolio growth, addressable market, and opportunities to expand the service catalog. The role is responsible for translating the HR operating model and enterprise strategy into scalable, differentiated services that create measurable value for the organization.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
