Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Intelligence & Learning Capability Acceleration. You will shape strategy for primary research and AI-enabled learning, coordinating across consumer insights, market intelligence, and analytics to drive decision quality and growth.

You will accelerate adoption of advanced research methodologies, build scalable learning ecosystems, and partner with cross-functional teams to close capability gaps and enable enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights, market research, or related disciplines.
Experience applying primary research methods to solve business challenges and influence decisions.
Experience building enterprise capabilities through learning programs or enablement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Proficiency with AI-enabled research tools and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for primary research capability and learning ecosystem.
Identify high-impact research opportunities and partnerships to strengthen enterprise insight.
Build capabilities to generate, interpret, and activate consumer, shopper, market, and competitive intelligence.
Translate priorities into actionable research and learning agendas to drive investment and growth.
Create scalable systems, playbooks, and learning experiences for intelligence activation.
Lead external partner ecosystems and influence senior leaders to adopt new ways of working.
Accelerate adoption of AI-enabled intelligence solutions and learning technologies.
Establish governance and success measures for research and capability investments.
