Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning Capability Acceleration to shape intelligence capabilities across the enterprise and lead transformational learning initiatives. Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer insights, market research, or related analytics roles.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into research and learning initiatives.
• Experience building enterprise capabilities and leading change in a matrix org.
• Experience with AI-enabled research tools and advanced analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for primary research capability and learning ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen enterprise insight capabilities and foresight.
• Build capabilities to generate and activate consumer, shopper, market and competitive intelligence.
• Translate priorities into actionable research and learning agendas.
• Accelerate adoption of AI-enabled intelligence solutions and learning technologies.
• Lead external partner and supplier ecosystem strategies.
• Influence senior leaders to adopt new ways of working.
