Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Intelligence, Learning Capability Acceleration to shape and drive our enterprise learning strategy. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business priorities into scalable capability roadmaps and to advance AI-enabled intelligence across the organization.

You will build governance, measure impact, and accelerate adoption of new learning models, technologies, and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consumer insights, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide capability-building initiatives.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and external partnerships.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning and digital tools preferred.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year roadmap for learning capability acceleration and AI-enabled intelligence.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen enterprise capabilities and decision-making.
• Translate priorities into actionable capability agendas.
• Build scalable learning systems, tools, playbooks, and experiences.
• Partner with leaders to close capability gaps and guide investments.
• Accelerate adoption of AI-enabled learning and automation solutions.
• Establish governance, metrics, and operating routines to show impact.
• Foster curiosity, consumer focus, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Lead external partner and supplier ecosystem strategies.
• Influence senior stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.
