Job summary

SSA Marine seeks a Senior Manager-Learning and Development to lead a team focused on advancing employee skills within the LMS and related systems. You will assess training needs, design programs, and drive initiatives across divisions in coordination with HRIS and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading development programs for managers, organizing events, evaluating results, and ensuring ongoing modernization of training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Six years of experience designing and implementing learning and development programs.
• Experience utilizing an LMS required; LMS implementation or upgrade experience preferred.
• Experience managing learning professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Develops learning and development programs across divisions based on needs assessments and stakeholder collaboration.
• Leads a team to deliver programs integrating LMS and related systems.
• Plans, organizes, and facilitates learning events and leadership development for managers.
• Evaluates training outcomes and updates programs to improve engagement and impact.
