Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a Master’s or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including supervision.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsabilités

• Review customer contracts and engineering designs to outline requirements.
• Lead engineers and staff; plan and manage budgeting and costs.
• Drive engineering strategies to meet customer needs and Flex capabilities.
• Provide technical supplier management related to product development and integration.
• Interact with executives, customers, and regulators.
