Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Medical Director to provide medical leadership for a Phase 3 oncology trial in prostate cancer. You will collaborate with Clinical Scientists and the study team to ensure scientifically rigorous conduct, safety monitoring, and high-quality clinical and regulatory documents across a global organization.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, regulatory understanding, and the ability to influence across functions, with a hybrid on-site work arrangement

Formación

• Medical degree and 4+ years of experience in medical oncology or drug development.
• Licensed to prescribe medicines for at least 2 years post internship/house officer.
• Strong ability to review complex clinical and safety data and translate into recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical and scientific leadership for a Phase 3 oncology trial in prostate cancer.
• Oversee study conduct, safety evaluation, and data interpretation across a global matrix.
• Lead medical monitoring, safety reviews, and regulatory documents with cross-functional teams.
