Job summary
Walmart is seeking a Sr. Manager – New Capabilities Development in Bentonville, AR.
You will lead a cross-functional team to build new eCommerce parcel shipping capabilities and drive the product roadmap with Product, Ops, Legal, and Compliance partners. The role reports to the Director – New Capabilities & Network Optimization and requires 4–6 years in a similar capacity, with deep domain knowledge in eCommerce transportation and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
- 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate discovery, development, and deployment of prioritized capabilities.
- Represent peer group in VP decision reviews when needed for resolution.
- Develop product and systems knowledge to influence future development directions.
- Develop pilot plans and scale for new capabilities.
- Lead integration reviews and hand-offs to business teams for continuous improvement.
