Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, IT or related field with 5 years analytics experience.
• Option 2: Masters in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, IT or related field with 3 years analytics experience.
• Option 3: 7 years experience in analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead business case development for roadmap investments and quantify opportunities.
• Own analytical and strategic layer for driver search, arrival staggering, and trip matching.
• Apply AI tools as a core part of daily workflow to accelerate analysis and scale output.
• Translate model outputs and platform telemetry into exec-ready recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams aligning engineers, scientists, and operators toward outcomes.
