The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Senior Manager to join our IT Governance Risk and Compliance team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Technology and Internal Audit teams, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
At Hyatt Hotels, IT Governance Risk and Compliance is a very important part of our mission to take care of people so they can be their best. The Sr. Manager – IT Risk Management plays a crucial role in completing that mission by ensuring Hyatt identifies all regulatory and compliance mandates across the organization and ensures that we proactively adhere to them. As the Sr. Manager of the team, this individual will act as a liaison between our internal and external auditors to convey priorities related to compliance efforts within the Technology organization. The salary range for this position is $108,800 to $153,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
