What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with National Sales, Business Acceptance, and Proposal teams to enhance the SRPS participant experience
- Develop effective strategies for showcasing the participant experience during the sales process
- Present and articulate the participant experience in both live and virtual settings
- Monitor sales assignments, activities, and outcomes, ensuring accurate data maintenance
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and contribute to strategic decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Minimum of 5 years of retirement plan industry experience with a focus on participant communications and education
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with decision-makers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments under deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales support or pre-sales experience
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar industry designation
