Position Summary:

The role involves managing enterprise reporting across commercial, medical affairs, and finance departments. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering dashboards and reports for various functions, including marketing and sales. The role also entails visualizing and creating comprehensive reports on brand performance by sourcing, analyzing, and integrating insights from cross-functional teams. It requires both front-end visualization skills and back-end data management.


Essential Functions:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for Lundbeck's product portfolio.
  2. Implement reporting strategies across the portfolio.
  3. Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, collaborating across teams to develop and integrate data assets.
  4. Utilize syndicated and secondary market data for performance reporting and KPI development.
  5. Create visual stories representing KPIs for actionable insights.
  6. Collaborate with teams to set goals and develop platforms to track performance metrics.
  7. Leverage innovative technologies like generative AI to enhance reporting capabilities.
  8. Communicate insights to stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence reporting.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of database access (e.g., SQL, Snowflake).
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python or SQL.
  • Experience manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing complex data.
  • Excellent process planning and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
  • Expertise in prescription data and analytics.
  • Experience working with media agencies and data partners.
  • Deep understanding of pharma commercial data, including digital media and patient-level data.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Travel:

Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically; international travel may be required.


Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000 with a 15% bonus target, plus eligibility for long-term incentives. Benefits include flexible PTO, health coverage, and 401(k) match. More details available on our career site.
