Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
- 5+ years in a people-management role with a focus on talent development.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure availability and performance of cloud, network, server, and storage services.
- Establish operational metrics and continuous improvement practices.
- Partner with security teams to implement controls and maintain secure configurations.
- Lead cloud adoption and modernization initiatives to optimize performance and cost.
- Maintain tested backup and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Hire, coach, and develop infrastructure professionals to build a high-performing team.
