Ladders is seeking a Manager, Cloud and Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineering to lead cloud platform architecture and infrastructure efforts for a healthcare leader. Remote position open to US-based candidates; compensation ranges from $181,875 to $291,012 annually.

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Cloud and Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead cloud platform architecture and infrastructure engineering efforts that support a modern, secure, and scalable workplace environment. The manager will partner closely with business, security, and engineering stakeholders to align infrastructure investments with operational priorities and compliance needs. This position is focused on advancing automation, strengthening governance, and improving the reliability of cloud and workplace technologies across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $181,875 – $291,012 annually
