Base pay range

Job Description

As a Senior Manager - IT, you will be responsible for coordinating activities of staff engaged in business systems, computer operations, computer systems, computer programming, and company's network to assure effective computer resources are provided to users.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to complex problems involving API Microservices and Event Data Architecture; looks beyond existing methodologies to resolve issues.
• Contributes to departmental strategies for Digital products and Operations, focusing on policy implementation.
• Influences others outside of own level regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
• Assigns personnel and schedules workflow for API/Microservices projects.
• Analyzes performance indicators to ensure system efficiency.
• Develops solutions for operational improvements and communication flow.
• Directs or trains personnel in API and Microservices systems operation.
• Oversees testing of new and revised programs and procedures.
• Maintains data systems and evaluates system needs for program instructions.
• Performs minor program and data revisions; reports errors to programming personnel.
• Adjusts operating schedules for delays and prepares operational reports.
• Recommends program and process improvements.
• Collaborates with management and vendors to resolve issues.
• Develops data security, disaster recovery, and strategic computing resources.
• Advises management on hardware, software, and telecommunication purchases.
• Stays updated on technological advances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience managing interfaces, data processing, system analysis, and operations; 10+ preferred.
