SitusAMC is on a Digital Transformation journey to strategize, implement, and automate end-to-end product delivery using turn-key technologies. We are seeking a Senior Engineer with a passion for programming and knowledge in Cloud technologies such as Terraform, AWS Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and familiarity with Git development. The engineer/Developer is expected to provide strategy and implement enterprise-scale automation for scalability, performance, security, and availability.

Essential Job Functions

1. Work both as an individual contributor and a mentor within the Cloud development platform and SRE teams, focusing on developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code automation.
2. Highly skilled developer and expert with different Terraform components.
3. Recognized as an expert in Infrastructure as Code automation pipelines.
4. Provision critical infrastructure components through Infrastructure-as-Code tooling across multiple environments using Terraform integrated through Azure DevOps.
5. Manage activities within a department, developing tactical plans for strategy and implementation of IaC for varying software maturity levels.
6. Mentor teammates and bring them up to speed on technical tools and processes.
7. Update management on project statuses regularly.
8. Familiar with AWS Well Architected framework and best practices.
9. Support development of features using modern tools, focusing on building scalable, future-proof systems.
10. Architect and develop new components/services within AWS cloud technologies.
11. Provide software development expertise in cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming.
12. Establish cloud infrastructure design best practices, templates, and processes.
13. Collaborate with partners and participate in architectural decisions.
14. Other activities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years relevant industry experience, with 1+ years at a senior level or equivalent.
• Experience in automation and infrastructure operations.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps methodologies.
• Expertise in provisioning AWS components using automation and best practices.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud components for application design and building.
• Terraform expertise for Infrastructure as Code.
• Highly skilled in Azure DevOps development.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement AI models and algorithms.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, model validation, and confidence scoring.
• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Python, and modern ML/AI stacks.
• Familiarity with AWS-native AI/ML services and security compliance.

The annual salary range is $140,000 - $170,000, with compensation determined based on experience, education, skills, location, and market data. Some positions may be eligible for bonuses, and all full-time employees are eligible for benefits including PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401K.
