Contract position (remote)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT management, including 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams to achieve project objectives.
- Experience with RICEFWs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Understanding of interdependencies with existing projects.
- Experience working with multiple BUs across different locations globally, with multiple languages.
- Capability in organizational design, SLA definition, and target operating models.
- General project management knowledge and experience (PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Project administration knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) process is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions, including assigned tasks and next steps.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Act as the point of contact for all project participants.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Document project risks and issues, and follow up on feedback and solutions.
- Keep key stakeholders informed and involved, e.g., GDT OpCo, Quality Manager, ServiceNow Owner.
- Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to all team members.
- Create a project management calendar to meet goals and objectives.
- Develop Statements of Work with relevant subject matter experts.
- Update project management tracking and monitoring tools as required.
