Job Description

EHCG is seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Architect to support a critical government project. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in managing, optimizing, and designing SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions aligned with business needs.
2. Manage user access, roles, and permissions within SharePoint.
3. Ensure security, integrity, and compliance of SharePoint data.
4. Monitor and optimize SharePoint server and application performance.
5. Develop customizations, workflows, and automations in SharePoint.
6. Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training.
7. Collaborate with IT teams for integrations with ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 tools.
8. Follow best practices for SharePoint architecture, administration, and governance.

Location: Remote position with occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• IAT III certification (e.g., CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP).
• Minimum 10 years' experience with Microsoft Office 365 collaboration services, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Expertise in SharePoint architecture, design, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and ITSM integration.
• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and PnP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SharePoint Online migrations and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and compliance (DOD, NIST).
