Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities: IT Strategy - collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs. Partners with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business goal’s and objectives. Project and Product Management Oversight - Identifies future needs and trends. Provides direction and oversight to IT projects and products. Assigns project tasks, drives project schedules, product releases, and conveys results or updates to the appropriate parties. Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to IT policies, standards, procedures, and efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development. Ensures bank needs are met through prioritization and resource allocation. Technical Expertise - Serves as a technical expert and strategic leader to senior management, associates, and business units. Ensures that team activities comply with all appropriate configuration, change controls, and security standards. Participates in business meetings and special projects to provide insight on end-user needs. Keeps abreast of industry trends. Identifies and holds accountable vendors in support of system updates and maintenance.

Position Specific Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting enterprise Unified Communications environments.
• 7+ years leading technical operations teams in large-scale organizations.
• Experience managing mission-critical, 24x7 production environments.
• Strong background with Cisco Unified Communications technologies and SIP-based services.
• Experience managing telecommunications providers, vendors, and operational budgets.
• Experience within a highly regulated environment, preferably a financial institution.
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Cisco Unity Connection, Expressway, IM & Presence
• SIP Trunking, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and Voice Gateways
• VoIP architecture and troubleshooting
• Cloud and hybrid collaboration technologies (Microsoft Teams Phone preferred)
• ITIL service management practices
• Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
• Vulnerability Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
• Experience in a Large Financial Institution (LFI).
• Experience supporting cloud contact center integrations.
• Microsoft Teams Phone experience.
• ITIL, PMP, CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, or equivalent certifications.
