Job summary

Vodafone IoT US Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, IoT Marketing to lead the regional marketing plan for the U.S. market. You will collaborate with regional leadership to drive awareness, revenue, and market leadership across multiple segments and channels.

The role requires developing and executing integrated marketing communications, managing local storyteller opportunities, and coordinating with global IoT teams on PR and digital strategies to grow engagement and pipeline.

• Experienced marketer with a proven track record.
• Experience in developing and implementing Marketing Communications strategies in an international B2B environment.
• Experience with solutions marketing.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French) are a plus.

Role Detail

Position Title: Senior Manager, IoT Marketing
Location: New York, NJ area preferred, (East coast) USA
Company: Vodafone IoT US Inc.

Role Purpose

To lead and execute the regional marketing plan for Vodafone IoT business in the US, Deliver effective external communications at a local and regional level to increase revenue and awareness of IoT across all market segments. Engage with customers and reseller channels to establish Vodafone IoT as a market leader in the region.

Key Accountabilities

• Define and execute the regional marketing strategy for the IoT business, in conjunction with the regional Head of Sales and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment between global marketing and regional strategies.
• Lead field marketing efforts across the US with local stakeholders
• Apply local marketing budget and plan for effective external communication, helping to drive revenue and awareness across all market segments
• Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and with Vodafone Business International to drive awareness and create demand
• Define and execute demand generation activities that support pipeline growth for IoT Managed Connectivity
• Supporting sales teams to deliver consistent and accurate messaging and content to both existing partners and potential customers as well as supporting business development team with tools for regional & local solution promotional launches
• Identify suitable local stories and spokesperson opportunities to share through PR and work with global IoT team to execute
• Support digital strategy and content generation for social media, aimed at increasing engagement and number of followers

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Experience in leading and implementing Marketing strategies for complex solutions in an international B2B environment across different channels
• Ability to deliver world class marketing communications that drives awareness and generates demand for Vodafone’s IoT offering
• Able to work under time pressures and deadlines. Self-starter, able to plan, organise, communicate and execute projects on time.
• Ability to provide feedback and effect change for process improvement and optimisation.
• Able to identify and elevate key issues requiring corrective action – in support of stakeholder projects.
• Ability to manage variety of stakeholders at all levels. Build relationships, educate and influence regional customers, channels and partners.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• A degree or equivalent marketing qualification
• Experienced Marketer with a proven track record
• Experience in developing and implementing Marketing Communications strategies in an international B2B environment
• Experience with solutions marketing
• Fluent in English, additional languages (Spanish, French) are a plus

Compensation Range

For this role, salary is expressed as Total Target Compensation (TTC = base salary + discretionary bonus). This role's base salary range is $110 - $140K / yr. Our recruiter will share additional details with you regarding the calculation of the discretionary bonus in regards to TTC.

The pay will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
