Withum's Tax Services Group seeks an International Senior Manager to lead cross-office engagements from multiple U.S. locations including Tysons Corner, VA. This role offers a path to Partnership and the chance to mentor a growing team of CPAs while delivering complex tax services for global clients.

You will oversee complex returns, advise on federal/state compliance, grow client relations, and contribute to professional development and new business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license or Master of Science in Taxation.
• Excellent analytical and technical tax skills and ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns.
• Strategic planning for clients including advising on federal and state compliance issues.
• Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.
• Identifying tax planning opportunities.
• Conducting constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly.
• Serving in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader.
• Seeking and developing new clients/business.
