Withum is seeking an International Senior Manager to join our Tax Services Group. This position can be based in multiple U.S. offices including Houston, TX, and various NJ, FL, CA, VA, NY offices, with potential to path to Partnership.

Lead a diverse tax team handling international, US federal and state tax work, and develop strong client relationships while driving strategic tax planning and engagement management across multiple engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license or Masters of Science in Taxation.
• 8+ years of prior experience in the tax department of a public accounting, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Excellent analytical and technical tax skills.

Mansioni

• Reviewing complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns.
• Strategic planning for clients including advising on federal and state compliance issues.
• Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.
• Identifying tax planning opportunities.
• Conducting constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly.
• Serving in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader.
• Seeking and developing new clients/business.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in accounting
