Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's; 10+ years with a Graduate Degree; or 16 years w/o degree.
• At least 5 years of management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• 5+ years delivering across multi-discipline engineering in a matrixed environment.
• 3+ years with EVMS/CAM responsibilities and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline engineering teams, including planning and staffing, to drive execution.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality across programs and pursuits.
• Implement an integrated operating model with clear ownership and accountability.
• Establish repeatable processes, tools, and metrics for interoperability across segments.
• Lead portfolio-wide alignment of priorities and delivery of results.
• Develop workforce plans and talent strategies to meet current and future needs.
