Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a high-energy Senior Program Leader/Manager to oversee Development programs within the Integrated Systems and Encryption portfolio. You will lead a team of program managers, own customer relationships, and ensure portfolio profitability with executive visibility.

The successful candidate will bring expert EVMS knowledge, experience with proposals and capture, and the ability to navigate a matrixed defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 12+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated in programs with customer reporting.
• Experience with Proposal Development and Capture efforts.
• Experience collaborating with external stakeholders and maintaining relationships.
• Must have active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of development Encryption programs.
• Own customer relationship management and portfolio profitability with executive visibility.
• Guide teams through development lifecycle including software, hardware, and VHDL/ASIC engineering as needed.
• Implement program management best practices for change control, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
