About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and help drive brand engagement through fintech marketing initiatives.

You'll play a key role in executing co-branded activations, managing content production, and analyzing campaign impact - while collaborating across marketing, design, and business teams.

What You'll Do:

• Campaign Execution
  • Support the launch and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Out of Home, Social, Digital, TV, Audio, and more, coordinating with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure campaign assets align with strategy and timelines.
  • Help keep campaigns running smoothly by managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Coordinate internal compliance and legal review processes, managing submissions and revisions to ensure marketing materials meet moomoo brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Market Insights
  • Stay on top of cultural trends, user behavior, and competitive activity to help the U.S. marketing team continuously improve on how we reach and engage priority audience segments.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing brand performance reports to identify what's working across marketing initiatives and where optimization opportunities exist.

What You Will Bring:

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships or early-career roles welcome)
• Interest in investing, financial markets, or fintech is a big plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats, supporting brand strategy, creative execution, and campaign analysis
• Analytical mindset with interest in using data and performance insights to inform marketing decisions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate strategic direction into clear marketing deliverables

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
