Job summary

Spectrum Reach, a Spectrum brand, seeks a Senior Manager for the Financial Services & Insurance vertical to drive revenue and lead strategic client engagements. This role partners with Sales leadership and agency teams to grow at brand level and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

The candidate will generate meetings with top brands, present industry trend updates, and serve as the FSI SME across national, regional, and local segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FinServ & Insurance advertising experience.
• Proven motivational skills.
• Inquisitive by nature with ability to turn data into results.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate meetings and build relationships with top revenue-generating brands directly.
• Deliver monthly updates on industry trends in sales meetings.
• Act as FSI SME on all aspects of the vertical when needed (national, regional, local).
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quota for the full division.
