Spectrum Reach is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Services & Insurance to lead the FSI vertical and drive revenue growth. You will work with Sales leadership, cultivate relationships with top brands, and coordinate with agency partners to win new business.

The role requires 7+ years in FinServ & Insurance advertising, deep programmatic knowledge, and the ability to translate data into compelling client narratives. Base pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FinServ & Insurance advertising experience.
• Strong ability to turn data into insights and results.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate meetings and build relationships with top revenue brands directly.
• Deliver monthly updates on industry trends in sales meetings.
• Serve as FSI SME on terms, trends, and regional/local sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quotas for the division.
