Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Manager of Insider Risk and Digital Forensics to lead the enterprise Insider Threat Program and advance its capabilities to identify, investigate, and mitigate insider risk while protecting people, data, and assets.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance to implement analytics-driven detection, manage investigations, and provide strategic guidance to executives on emerging threats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading insider risk, DLP, cyber investigations, or threat management programs.
• 2+ years of experience with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, case management, and investigative technologies.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing complex investigations.
• Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, maturity, and execution of the enterprise Insider Threat Program.
• Oversee investigations involving data exfiltration, IP theft, unauthorized access, and fraud.
• Develop and refine detection using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, and AI-driven analytics.
• Coordinate response activities with HR, Legal, Privacy, and Technology teams.
