Job summary

Onnit, an Austin, Texas-based health and wellness company, is seeking a senior marketer to own the email and SMS lifecycle strategy. You will plan, build, launch flows, and analyze results to drive retention and growth.

You will develop journeys such as welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, and winback, collaborating with e-commerce, creative, and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or email/SMS marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on Klaviyo skills, plus basic HTML/CSS for email template edits and troubleshooting.
• Practical analytical ability using spreadsheets and reporting to turn cohort, LTV, and churn data into decisions.
