Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, preferably within I2C or order‑to‑cash environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad‑hoc reporting and analytics for I2C and related processes.
• Translate complex data into executive dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT to align data definitions and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting for data accuracy and timeliness across systems and geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities in I2C metrics.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals.
