Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks a Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod to lead I2C reporting strategy and analytics across regions. You will drive standardized dashboards, partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial teams, and guide data governance.

The role offers exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in analytics/finance operations with leadership experience, and strong BI/ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, preferably within I2C or order-to-cash environments.
• Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics supporting I2C and related operational processes.
• Translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights and executive-ready dashboards to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) to ensure alignment of data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems and geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within I2C performance metrics.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation initiatives in partnership with digital and technology teams.
