The State of Michigan's Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) is seeking a State Administrative Manager for Agency Services in Lansing, MI. This role supports the MDHHS Data, Analytics, & Visualizations Division, directing first line managers and staff, setting priorities, and ensuring effective administrative, supervisory, and training functions within the work area.

DTMB offers a hybrid work option with two days on-site and three days remote per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• Four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level; substitutions allowed as described.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and control of functions and activities in the work area, including establishing priorities, allocating staff, and ensuring supervisory staff handle administrative, supervisory, and planning duties.
